visualization: not a problem. as a role player and generally imaginative person, visualization is an easy thing for me to run through.

Psychic Shielding: I don't entirely like the incantation given in the book. I can see how their visualization and incantation is much better than the ones I was thinking of for the same thing, but I think I want to change the incantation:

There is one power in the universe and I am a perfect manifestation of that power. As such, I will the boundaries of my aura be strong an healthy. Repelling all unwelcome energy while remaining open to positive, healing energy. Save within these boundaries, nothing can harm me for I am one with the strength of the divine. 

By my will - so mote it be - and so it is. 

This is only a slight change from the incantation given in the book. I prefer it because it doesn't limit the divine energies to feminine.  I understand the importance of acknowledging the divine feminine, but I disagree that it means ignoring or diminishing the divine masculine.
